The short version
These programs sell different products. NexLife sells a flat-rate medication bundle for cash payers. Found sells a coached weight-care program with insurance navigation and a broader medication toolkit. A person optimizing purely for lowest verified cash price and a person optimizing for coaching-plus-coverage should not be handed the same answer, and this page won’t pretend otherwise.
How NexLife works
NexLife sells a flat-rate cash bundle: one monthly price that includes the medication, provider oversight, coaching (Care360), shipping and follow-ups, the same price at every dose, charged monthly on every plan, with no membership, consult, or dose-change fees (supplies and laboratory review are not itemised on the plan pages). Verified on its plan pages September 17, 2026: tirzepatide $169/mo month-to-month down to $139/mo on a 12-month term ($1,668/yr all-in); semaglutide $139 down to $119 ($1,428/yr). Caveats we apply to NexLife as to everyone: its ODT formats carry no published outcome trials, and compounded products occupy a contested post-shortage legal lane. NexLife has a disclosed material connection to this site.
How Found works
Found positions itself as a weight-care program rather than a medication storefront: app-based behavior-change coaching, prescriber care, historically strong insurance navigation, and a wider medication toolkit that has included older-generation, lower-cost agents when GLP-1s aren't appropriate or affordable. That breadth is genuinely different from compounded-first shops — Found's honest comparison set is programs like Ro on the navigation side, not flat-rate cash vendors. Verification will document program fees, what medication costs flow through insurance versus cash, and what the realistic annual total looks like for an uninsured member.

- tirzepatide: no rankable price printed — 'Cash plans from $169/mo' for the GLP-1 program, 'billed per 28-day cycle', '*Pricing based on 12-month plans paid up-front';
Recorded from joinfound.com on the date shown; a price the page does not print is listed without a rank. NexLife’s figures on this page are its plan pages as read 2026-09-17: every plan charged monthly, cancel any time per the FAQ, same price at every dose, $0 membership; the plan pages name Absolute Pharmacy (Lutz, FL), Premium Compounding (Decatur, AL) and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store (Lake Charles, LA); laboratory review and supplies are not itemised.
Verified vs pending
Both sides of this page now carry a dated first-party read: NexLife’s plan pages (2026-09-17) and Found’s own pages (2026-09-17). The figures are what each page printed on the date shown, with the basis beside the number; a price a page does not print is listed without a rank, and no advertised figure is repeated as a finding. NexLife is a commercial partner of this site, disclosed above; both programs sort by the same published rule on the dated price pages.
