A site that claims to verify prices should keep its own errors on the books. Every substantive correction — pricing, clinical, structural — is logged here permanently: date, page, what was wrong, what it says now, and how it was caught. Stealth edits are a firing offense in our editorial policy.
How to report an error
If any figure here conflicts with a provider's live checkout, the checkout is right and we want to know within the day. Report errors to corrections@onlineglp1providers.com with the page URL and, ideally, a screenshot; pricing reports trigger a re-verification within two business days, and verified reports are credited in the log entry (or kept anonymous on request).

2026-09-18 — NexLife record corrected against its pages as read September 17, 2026. Three statements from the 2026-08-20 read were superseded and corrected across the site: cancellation is at any time (the FAQ states every plan is a subscription that may be canceled at any time; we had recorded 30 days’ notice); the plan pages name three fulfilling pharmacies — Absolute Pharmacy (Lutz, FL), Premium Compounding (Decatur, AL) and Boudreaux’s New Drug Store (Lake Charles, LA) — where we had recorded the partner as pending publication; and laboratory review is not stated on any NexLife page (we had described a labs pathway). The “Flat Forever” rate-lock wording we quoted is not on the pages read, which print “Same price at every dose”; injection supplies are not itemised. Prices were unchanged. The microdose and sublingual ODT cards are now recorded as reported (announced; not verified on the program tiles). Also on September 17, 2026: nine tracked competitors were read on their own pages and their files carry the figures; Mochi Health’s “$90 / $60” are first-month prices — its standing cost is $278 / $178 all-in. Frozen archive pages carry a dated note rather than an edit.
2026-08-20 — Site launch. Log opened. No corrections yet; the absence of entries on a young site is expected, and the absence of entries on an old one would be suspicious. Check back.
